Home Reserve Vehicle

Secure Your Investment

Due to high global demand, our premium inventory moves rapidly. Follow the process below to place a formal reservation and begin the export certification.

How to Reserve

Reserving a vehicle at Overland & Offshore is a formal commitment that initiates the specialized export compliance and certification phase. To ensure absolute transparency, we follow a strict three-step protocol for every unit in our inventory.

01

Confirm Availability

Contact our support team at support@overlandoffshore.com with the Vehicle ID or Model name. We will confirm the unit's current status and provide a detailed condition report.

02

Review Agreement

We will issue a formal Reservation Agreement outlining the 20% deposit requirement, the estimated timeline for SGS/TUV certification, and the final export logistics plan.

03

Deposit & Hold

Once the 20% deposit is confirmed via secure wire transfer, the vehicle is marked as "RESERVED," allowing us to begin the export modification and certification process.

Reservation FAQs

Can I reserve multiple vehicles for a fleet?

Yes. For fleet orders exceeding 5 units, we offer a consolidated reservation protocol. Please mention "FLEET INQUIRY" in your email to support@overlandoffshore.com for priority handling.

How long does the certification take?

Typically, SGS and TUV inspections are completed within 5–7 business days after the reservation deposit is received. We provide real-time updates through each stage of the inspection.

Is the 20% deposit part of the total price?

Yes, the 20% reservation fee is a down payment that is fully credited toward the final purchase price of the vehicle.
